Stress Management Workshop Empowers Teachers
Vivekananda Kendra Vidyalaya, Majuli, recently hosted a valuable capacity-building program on "Stress Management" organized by the Centre of Excellence (CoE), Guwahati. The workshop, held on September 13, 2025, was led by esteemed resource person Shri Lonu Gogoi.
The session provided teachers with valuable insights and effective techniques to manage stress, promoting a healthier work-life balance. Our teachers actively participated and thoroughly enjoyed the enriching experience.
This initiative reflects our commitment to empowering our educators and fostering a positive learning environment. We appreciate the Centre of Excellence (CoE), Guwahati, for collaborating with us on this important program.
