On 12th  January 2020 ,Vivekananda Kendra Vidyalaya,Majuli celebrated National youth day (157^th birth anniversary of swami ji) with great enthusiasn and zeal.Himadri Borah (Magistrate and Assistant Commissioner of Majuli),Reboti didi (Joint secretary of VKSPV,Guwahati)and Naren Thakuriya (Retired principal of Majuli College) was esteemed guest of honor for the event.

International Yoga Day was observed in our school on 21th June. Surya Namaskar and pranayama was conducted by Basanta Saikia Sir & Basudev Upadhyaya sir .

Inter School Majuli Chess Competition 2017

On 15th June, our school had organised Inter School Chess Competition for the students of various school from different places of Majuli. Deputy commissioner of Majuli Sri Pallab Gopal Jha sir was invited to inagurate the Competition.
